During the analysis a focused electron beam scans the sample and as a result the images carrying the information about the samples\u2019 morphology and composition are delivered. The configuration of our microscope enables the thorough examinations of provided specimen and allows the observations of fine nonostructures of a few nanometers in size. Moreover, the presence of the TED detector extends the imaging capabilities of our instrument and provide the unique and valuable information that only transmitted electrons could deliver.   <\/h5>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><b>High resolution field emission scanning electron microscope JEOL JSM-7500F<\/b> z quipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy system <b>EDS-INCA PentaFETx3 <\/b> enabling qualitative and quantitative information about elemental composition and element location\/distribution.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the microscope possesses the following detectors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Secondary electron<\/b> <i><span lang=\"EN-US\">SE<\/span><\/i> detector used to visualize the surface morphology of materials<\/li>\n<li><b>Backscattered electron<\/b> (<i><span lang=\"EN-US\">BSE<\/span><\/i>) detector used for chemical contrast imaging<\/li>\n<li><b>Transmission electron detector<\/b>(<i><span lang=\"EN-US\">TED<\/span><\/i>) used to analyze &#8220;thin&#8221;
